Firstly, hi DTube,
Finally, I have finished my cooking vlog! I am super excited because it is my first COOKING Vlog! And I forgot to selfie with my food, OMG! Just managed to include my handle name in the video. Anyway, thank you Dtube for pushing me out of my comfort zone into confidence to do this. Had I not encountered DTube, I would never have done this. It is soooo tedious but so much fun. I am glad I took time to edit this. 3 days precisely because I was so noob and slow in editing plus other commitments in life. But I will improve for DTube's and DTubers' sake. Let's grow together.
And hello to DTubers and Steemians,
In this video, I present to you my on-the-go meal because it is fast and easy, plus children love this pasta.
With just a few ingredients which are easy to find and buy, not expensive, you can whip up this dish in no time to satisfy your tummy. Nothing fancy, most people can cook this. Check it out! Hope you like it😊.
P/S: Behind the scene - - - I looked like a super mess mama trying to cook something simple. Holding spatula with right hand and camera with left hand. Record and stop. Put down spatula. Change phone to right hand. Take another ingredient with left hand to pour into pot. Record. And change back hands to cook. Spatula with right hand. Phone back to left hand. So I was dancing around with spatula and phone kept changing hands. Lots of 'play' and 'stop' in between. Almost dropped my phone. Haha. Is there any other better way? Lol... This meal took longer than usual due to the video recording BUT I was having so much fun!!! Guess this is part of video creation.
Video Editing Process with Kinemaster (thank you @tibfox and @clixmoney for letting me know in discord):
Combine 13 video clips and 6 photos. Trim all the unnecessary part. Trim and watch. Trim and watch. Add words. Adjust speed to suit viewers. Adjust words to match video. Find suitable music. Watch videos and edit necessary words or speed. Watch again. Watch again and again. Adjust and watch. Many times.
Video intro and outro by using Intro Maker app: very not safisfied with my end product, need to improve.
I welcome any suggestion to improve. 😉

If I have a change to go India, I would. And will cook for you if situation allows. But also because I love curry and I heard the coffee there is nice and authentic.

I am looking for a tripod that can tilt the angle down for cooking and experiment videos. So far couldn't find one yet :P
Mine really queued up for quite long also. I waited and waited. Finally it started running slowly.
I think any gadget shop should have. You can go and ask. This one I use manual - my hands. Hence I kept changing hands. Like dancing in the kitchen only. Anyway, learning editing using Kinemaster was fun. Learn day by day...now get the gist of it. 🙂

It has just successfully gone through after I watched your video!! Yeah I want to really find a reliable and a good tripod. I was using the cheaper ones and one by one died on me 😂 I also use my hand now to hold when I video cooking. Sometimes I forgot and paused the video then I held it upside down so my video orientation changed, then need more work to trim and rotate.

Mine is a quick fix and definitely is not the original bolognese. I use the pre-made bolognese sauce. We have it here a lot at our supermarket.

Very nicely done Jadeline. To be honest making food Videos is not that easy I tried it few times,MAN it was not easy at all. It really hurts setting up the camera over the Stove.
While you did it in a nice way and those 3 days are worth it and honestly I am a great fan of Pasta as well.

Those 3 days were not 24 hours though. The project of editing was in the app so I did this for one hour plus. Then another part for another day of another hour. Then one more part for one more hour the next day. Only I am satisfied with the outcome before upload.
So you are a great fan of pasta. I am only a great fan of aglio olio pasta. This one I cooked due to the children - they love it.
