Hey Guys!
I've tried taking you with me to the yearly Moroccan Mimuna- a holiday we celebrate right after Passover, that basically includes eating ALL THE CARBS.
Honestly, I'm not sure I captured the atmosphere completely, but it was so much fun- a lot of my favorite cousins came and we got to eat, drink and laugh a whole lot.
Next vlog will be talking about getting back to weight loss program, because... well, I don't think I need to explain after you watch this video.
Hope you enjoy this little peak, have a great Monday!
Ruth

Those mufletas look delicious. As well as all the other food. Is it similar to crepes? It looks like it. Ya'll know how to live it up!
They are delicious! Luck they only make it once a year. You're right, it is similar to crepes, something between crepes and taboon bread.
Wow such pretty music in the car! The butter on the table has the same logo as Becel Margarine does here in Canada.. I wonder if it is the same company.. its like a heart shaped logo. It can be seen at 2:15..
Those sweets! My goodness your making my mouth water all over the keyboard over here. This video needs a warning ;)
I haven't seen so many yummy sweets since I went to a Mandarin Buffet!
Very nice to see your party Ruth! Happy Mimuna!
Thanks! I used to only listen to English music, and a few years ago re-discovered local music. Hahah didn't even notice the butter! The brand is actually Mazola- I don't know if it's local or international.
Sorry I didn't think to put a warning on the video ;) What's a Mandarin Buffet?
Oh the Mandarin Buffet is a Tradition in the Toronto area! You get to eat until your heart is content, and then you can choose from a massive variety of desserts! We only go for birthdays. So it is a special place for us. Also they have fish that swim while you eat!
That sounds pretty wonderful, I might try it next time I'll visit Canada
