He's been able to clean up the structures of all mold that was previously there, and also modernized the electrical systems, wiring, toilets, kitchen and sauna, installed a new fireplace, new windows and put up and paint the walls, and attached the new flooring panels. There's still much to do, but I guess the worst part is over and they can move in soon enough.
