I used to use resteem services to promote my posts, but I no longer do (haven't used them for a long time now), and I consider such services polluting my posts with their comments spam.
And you didn't lose $5 from my flag, don't lie.

I didn't come and find you for flagging. It's not like you are just anyone whom I found "ticks me off". You are the one who came to my post and started spamming, and I flagged you for that. It's not like I wouldn't have done that to any other spammer. (And I have.)
There's nothing arbitrary or acting "above the law" in keeping my own feed clean from spam.

No, I can't remove comments like that. Flagging is much more efficient in getting the spam to the bottom of the page. If I just replied "remove", the original comment would still stay there. Even if you empty your comment, it's still not gone.
