Here's some answers to your questions. I'll have more details regarding Tokenomics and P2E after the closed Beta (hopefully soon 🗓).

Yes, Bang Bang Defense will be free to play, and all guns will be available to use. Currently, cosmetic skins will be the only NFTs in game. These will impact how much you earn, but are not required to play.

We are still in the brainstorming stage for this. maybe quests, leaderboards, match rewards?

I see, yeah I guess distributing the token through the game itself would be a great way to go to create a fair game.
I have participated in few games in crypto and what I can say is that you will need to have a good utility for the token for the game to be successful, to have a good balance between people dumping for profit (and some may do on the daily as they play) and people that actually want to buy the token for whatever reason (may it be upgrades in game, new guns, etc) if the balance is good enough and the playerbase keeps growing the price of the token could grow as well and hold well and provide a stable "income"
