What is ONO?
ONO is a next generation social network that is free, decentralized and rewards users for their content.
Will ONO collect my private data and sell it?
No. Decentralized means that ONO doesn’t collect or sell users’ data. ONO has a different economic system that gets rid of middlemen and delivers the value back to the people who create it.
How is ONO different from other social media sites like Facebook?
Facebook is a centralized company whose business model relies on selling user data to generate ad revenue. ONO’s ad system does not sell user data to generate revenue. Instead, the users in ONO control and decide if they want advertising on their content. People can opt out of ads completely if they choose to do so. If users decide to opt in, they control the kind of advertising they want to appear on their pages, and also gain revenue from advertisers directly.
What kind of rewards can I earn on the ONO platform?
ONOT is ONO’s native token and users can earn ONOTs from doing tasks such as logging in and creating high quality content. ONOT is an ERC20 token.
How will users feel safe on the ONO platform and how will harmful content be dealt with?
ONO has a unique mechanism called the Super Partnership system which solves the problem of abusive content and at the same time reduces the likelihood that moderators will abuse their power. Each Super Partner is either voted in or out by the people on the ONO platform, and must perform all duties in a transparent manner. If a Super Partner becomes corrupt or stops doing his/her job, the Super Partner is voted out by the community. The Super Partner role is the most critical for the overall health of the ONO ecosystem, and is also most highly rewarded as well.

ONO's native token, ONOT is an ERC20 token, just like EOS. When the EOS mainnet launches, ONO will be on the EOS platform. The founding team has said that they will do all the necessary things for a smooth transition, and that users don't need to take any steps.

The approximate date that ONOT will be on the exchanges is late June/early July.
