This is a good question. Ke Xu is committed to returning value to the people who create it. The mechanisms are designed to prevent power users/whales from controlling the ecosystem in ONO. The Super Partner system also is designed for human beings, with one vote per person being the system, which attempts to removes the possiblility of corruption (with addition of AI and Machine Learning tools). All Super Partners have to disclose all their activities, and let the community transparently see everything. Super Partners are elected, and the separation of money and votes creates a fairer situation.
I've started reading the whitepaper but haven't managed to finish it yet. Something I'm wondering about is how voting power will work? Will it be structured the same as here whereby if you have more currency you have a higher value vote?
The algorithm is POC (Proof of Contribution) and many factors go into it. For example people who verify their identity get higher rewards, and also, social influence is a factor. I don't know all the components of the algorithm, but real social interaction, engagement is a big part of it. Advanced tech is used to get this data. As we learn more, we will share this. It's hard to explain, but working with a team of people who have incredibly high standards, intelligence and integrity is pretty much the most ideal situation I could ask for. I am learning something new every day, and also getting out of my comfort zone. Ke Xu, is my teacher actually.

I have been working with them since April and never read such information anywhere in their official documents. That's why I am asking to show me where this information is written.

There is no payment to use ONO. ONO is free to use.

If I recall correctly, for the first year, it's completely free. Then it works on a commission system (based on your earnings) over a 5yr period starting from 5-25% by year five. This is to incentivise advertisers to come on board, which, btw, is your free choice to use or not.
For me, I'm all for it. 25% of my post payouts go to the community as it stands anyway. It will generate unbiased capital for the platform, imho.
