Child Grooming and Online Exploitation on TikTok (2019)
Back in 2018 and 2019, #exposingexploitation and #academyawareness was engaged in disrupting the online enticement & exploitation crimes of a notorious #youtube pedophile. He was successfully traced and arrested in Wisconsin, USA due to our efforts and that of the FBI Cybercrimes office: ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Wisconsin Division. He is likely still in state prison, serving many years. ExposingExploitation will publish the full story once confirming that there is no potential risk in doing so.
The intricate networks of 'sock-puppet' accounts made by the prolific youtube pedophile was staggering: as evidenced by comments from a knowledgable, hard-working ICAC Special Agent whom we passed over all evidence to. Our team was unable to fully map out the extensive accounts which this pedophile used as we kept on uncovering more and more on all kinds of platforms. There was at least a dozen youtube channels, several discord accounts and multiple accounts on #tiktok, #instagram and other lesser known websites or social media platforms.
This post is intended to share the tail end of our investigation's collected evidence on tiktok. Tiktok was new territory for exposingexploitation in 2019 and wasn't as ubiquitously used as a as it is today. It appeared to our investigators that tiktok in combination with instagram was used as a 'final stop,' a last platform for the pedophile to enact crimes of online enticement, child sexual abuse material production, blackmail, extortion and (probably) commercialization and distribution of illegal material they had gathered.
We note that both of these apps are extremely popular today and assume that the pedophile used them as a final stop because of how easily his underage victims were able to access cell phones and then install the applications through his instruction & guidance.

The bulk of these screenshots were obtained on the 17th and 18th November, 2019. None of the accounts have been confirmed as active or inactive and are published here for our readers' insight only. It is our imperative to educate readers through showing how rapidly #pedophiles spread into the world's most popular apps, solely for the purposes of committing crimes against children. It is likely that far worse crimes than those written of here have been committed, are being committed at present or are being planned to be committed in the immediate future.
Be warned and remain vigilant. No child should be using cell phones or have access to online platforms without parent or guardian supervision. More broadly speaking, we believe it is detrimental for the development of a child's behaviour & intellectual capabilities if they are introduced to online digital technologies before adolescence.

The below screenshots are of child modelling agencies, youth development camps and other related online services which can pose as a legitimate front for the enticement/ grooming of children and adolescents. We also found fake accounts, and social media #SEO services being openly advertised on tiktok and instagram.
