Dear community, this week I want to share with you an original song that keeps returning to me in different variations. It might change, and I will eventually make a better recording of this when I decide fully on the form, but for now it is open and playful, full of possibilities. The strap dropping in the end was not a part of my plan, but it is fun.
I´ve been spending the last weeks in Kent, as applepicker at one of the many applefarms. I feel very connected to Nature here as there is appletrees all around me, and I thought what better background for a video than appletrees.
So here you go, premiere on my song Wild Women. Hope you like it.

The background of your video chosen by you is very nice because you are in contact with our beautiful nature and beautiful plants with imprecionantes and alive colors. You sing great. Hey dear ingrid :-) Very lovely voice and good choise with the background full of sweet apples. Keep on with the music darling. But why do you have spent time as applepicker ? Is this a voluntary thing, because you love the nature like you describe? Or a real honorable job. I could imagine, thats a hard work, with many working hours a day.

@avizor Thank you for your lovely words I appreciate it very much. Hmm, to your question, why not? Picking apples is a lot of fun, and you get a lot of sun. Plus apples are delicious when you get them directly from the tree. It is a real job, and hard work, but it all depends on how you choose to look at it. I dont mind it all, and feel inspired after every day of working.
Hmm, I will check Dtube out, havnt gotten so far yet.

I like the style of the music. A little bit slow then getting louder a little bit.
Its kinda slow driving wind in nature the way you sing it.
Overall, you did it very well even if its on the spot song as it is still on the premier stage.

STOPYou have a rather interesting style, a bit of a bluesy swing with some old school vocal styling. It goes together quite well. The style was an interesting choice to mesh with the "strong wild woman" theme of the song. The through it in your face raw vocal power of the ladies of the 20's-40's really shines through in this piece. Then add in your own personal whistle tones with just a hint of falsetto and it brings it all together.

That definitely is a great location for the song. This is a beautiful and empowering song, it has a great message it, I just love the lyrics of the song, the beats and the feeling this song brings. The expression on your face just shows how passionate you are about the message you wanna spread through your song, and your voice is just beautiful!

Beautiful song @ingridkoreneelia. You have a very soothing voice and your guitar playing is amazing. There is a Sheryl Crow plus Norah Jones feel to it. You are really talented, having able to writing your own song, composing it and able to sing and play it well too! I like the chorus, a statement there in our own right :) And yes, what better way to showcase the song than having an apple farm background where you spent your days there. Eventhough the strap dropped, you kept your composure :) I am curious about the apple picking though. Do you get paid by the number of apples picked or by the hour of the work?
