Hello Open Mic,
It's a bit late in this weeks open mic, and there are already some great entries, but it's never too late for some sweet music.
Here is a song I wrote called Sugar. It is a love song about no one in particular but about what love can be. Love can be a force through which the world can become a better place in individual peace and loving union. As long as we share in our anger, forgiveness and understanding. Truly seeing the value of everyones perspective and what emotions are for (anger can helps us right an injustice) after all these are the only things that seperate us, our different experiences in life. Many thanks to Curtis Mayfield on inspirational command on this song.

It is great to see that there is a place where artists deserve to be appreciated and get what they deserve in a society that has apparently forgotten the value of art. It is unfortunate to know that there are miles of talents hidden by the fear of not being solvent to do what they like. I hope that Steemit can change many perspectives and start guiding us back to the path from which we move. Regards!

I've seen your music videos before. Your good man! It takes a lot of confidence and self-esteem to be a musician, or even to give a it try in today's world. Your guitar playing is pretty good and I really dig the lyrics of your song(s). Good for you for having the guts to perform in front of the whole world on the internet, not everybody is that confident. Keep up the great music videos on steemit buddy, your doing great!!
