I got a perfect friend that can lie to yah and support yah:

(Just need to be believing in their "kill or be killed" filosofía.)

To move past the meme-y-ness, let's get to the philosophy proper. As someone that has had friends that lie, even when "it's for a good thing" and the such, and would have to resort to that as a constant source of cushioning. In the end always haunting them and punishing them thrice-fold when the people lied to got back at them. As mój mama always said "lies have short legs" and I've kept seeing that to where I couldn't stand lies as a way of living. Sure lies can be a great way to escape, but you better have the longest legs possible for when the Truth catches up and starts punting lies back at you. Lies in sincerity can only be used to dodge out of someone who's willing extinguish another's life or buying one self's time for when they can actually materialize the thing. Even then, it's panicky behaviours that emote stress than malicious behaviour to get out of something that should've been right the first and only first time.

To the content proper: in light of my philosophy when it comes to lieing, this unnamed protagonist wants to have the less malicious liar and more the "panicky" sense that can eventually actualize a fruit. Yet, to the whole World, it entirely signals out the unnamed protagonist to want a malicious liar to puppet them and make nothing they do their own fault or actually someone to use the Chaos in their life to actually bear fruit so Order can stop being in pain. And this is the stress of an alienated life, to be expected a lot from a Social Order that cares not for collective/community gatherings/senseabilities, to pressure people to the point of atomization and the sudden surprise when people actualize the individualist narrative to its logical conclusion. Yet equally surprised are they when an individual qua individuality calls to the Whole World on what the Hell are they supposed to be really doing. It's something to be thought off when one dissects the Unconsciousness of a song and the underlying beams/fabric of society that make possible for artists to emote different reactions, based on their ideologies, to the Social Order and Economy of society.

To the post proper, I must say that the song is rather beautiful in every sense of that word. Equally so, the singing is on point and didn't miss a beat when I let that play in the background as I was doing something else. Also the playing/fingering of the guitar must be said to actually have worked well, very appropriately unconsciously that the guitar is also chosen (not like bards and the people outta luck use guitars or something). Also great that the lyrics below are provided so people can actually sing/listen along as they read it, giving them a sense of being one with the singer so then they can appreciate a work more. More-so, I love how this song is a dedication song (and not a cover) to towarzysze (friends/mates) in your life. <<<<3333 - That's really so sweet of you to do so for them, I wonder how they felt about the song in general. But I do feel an ounce of sadness, regardless, for yer situation and wish I can be as helpful as thy mate Tom. (I just have a hard time empathizing, but I do sympathize and have seen many struggling/depressed peoples that I have to regularly help out. Funny that I have been emotionally snapped for a long time due to being emotionally abused, yet can still sense and display a basic sense of human decency. For that's the efficient way to deal with people; not punish nor ridicule people when they're down, but to provide help so that they can stand up and possibly help others down the line.)

So keep on playing that guitar and singing as you keep on steeming!

Hi @theironfelix, thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my song and for such an in depth analysis. One of the things I really love about songs is how the same words and music can have such wildly different meaning from one person to the next.

Your reply prompted me to spend a great deal of time thinking over exactly what I was thinking when I wrote this track and for me the song is about my tendency to over-analyze life and events. The "friend" for me is possibly even a better version of myself who can look past the short term hurdles and retain focus on the end goal. That said, @meno summed it up beautifully when he said "we've all felt that need to give the steering wheel to someone and finally find happiness".

Again, thank you, I truly appreciate the feedback.

Cheers,
Trevor

Welcome for the comment! ~^^~

We all are chains of signifiers, so we all react to different signifiers one way, shape or form. So I appreciate that lil’ gesture being brougt up.

Welcome again and cheers!~
Welcome to the philosophizing club, where we might jump to rabbit holes but at least will tell people to not do that and jump down other ones. But yes, I was getting that vibe but I didn’t have the time to expand the comment for that possibiliry and assumed yah were making that the underlying principle. Glad to know it eitherway. But indeed, what @meno said, does possess a remarkable trope amongst a fair number of humans.

Thank you! I look forward to more philosophizing adventures. I do have a tendency to explore rabbit holes so good to know I’m in the right place ;) Cheers!
