Yes! I still turn around in a restaurant when I hear what sounds like a baby choking on their food. I always hold the door for people at stores etc.. These are some examples of things that if I didn't do would have negative feelings attached.

There is something odd going on in the mind and soul of a person who does not naturally feel that somehow and someway paying it forward is natural. |Its the right thing to do to take the focus off yourself. Religous or not the Bible always said do unto others as you would have done onto you.
