Good job on helping veterans. Many think being homeless is the worst thing that can happen but not making it home at all or being discarded, unappreciated and uncared for when if they do make it back. Being someone whose past 2 relationships were military and they never made it back to their home land to even start a family, I find that supporting these people who have made it back extremely important. It's sad that after serving and struggling in the land they served for is still an issue. There has been many false charities and vows to try to help but it never seems like enough. Where is the incentive for our youth to serve if making it back home and they are discarded and uncared for and see these conditions of struggling women and children as well? sigh.
I know you might not be a fan of walmart or google however, in your future shopping for the next fundraiser if you wanted to save money and get more things google express offers these discount codes when you sign up some of which are 20% off, or 10% off and free shipping. While walmart has many products like great value, equate and others that are not brand names prices if you shopped for those it might help out getting even more. Or even going to dollar stores and getting things that are not brand name.
This women's shelter you are fundraising for next.. sometimes the shelter has a website and needs lists or if contacting them asking them what items they are in need of and make the list for shopping that way. Also might recommend you make little cheap business cards to pass out just having steemit url on it and basic steps to try to help people make money using this platform, if they even have access internet and if not because it's local people you might be able to include where they might get access for free.
Any idea of the deadline of the next fundraiser like Valentine's day maybe or mother's day?
I have not made much on steemit yet and as I see the wallet I just keep putting the levels I do get into steem power hoping it helps when I upvote.

I think your comment was great. I agree to save money in all aspects. But I do not agree with supporting Walmart. This company just does not play fair. They put many mom and pop shops out of business, pay their workers poorly, treat them poorly, etc. They are a money hungry company, probably involved in the NWO. Most likely as proven by videos of Walmarts being turned into FEMA camps that would probably be used as similar to Nazi camps. Plus the fact that they are involved with this means they are probably deep rooted with the Cabal.(perhaps?) Google as we know is contolled by the powers that should not be... AKA the Illuminati. Plus Dean is working to expose these folks with trafficking. So again supporting Google is essencially supporting the NWO. In turn, with our upvotes would be supporting powers that should not be, making them have control. Make sense?
