I bought those papers from a Japanese chain store called Daiso. They have many types of papers available - plain ones, glossy ones, printed ones, etc: Thank you @cryptocariad :)
These shops used to be known as 100 yen shops in Japan (not sure about now) and everything (almost) in there is sold at 100 yen. But now, Daiso in my country sells them at about 1 USD.
