I was in Rome, Trastevere, sitting on the stairs of a fountain when a tired guitar player gave me his instrument saying: play! There were about 40-50 young people looking at me and waiting. I didn't know what to do, really. So I decided to improvise and I invented this song. At the end I had a great ovation I did not expect. So I decided to put this song at the first place of my first album, Spaghetti English.
It's an ironic song about nowadays' political situation
