Prevent Tanning during excessive Outdoor activities

In my today's blog, I came up with a different topic related to skincare, when we go to outdoor places we need some extra care for our skin from preventing sun rays, that caused to damage our skin. For preventing our skin from tanning it must be important to take extra care of the skin.

Wear comfortable cloth
We need to follow some basic precautions during excessive outdoor activities that will protect our skin from Sun UV rays and overexposure tanning or leading diseases of skin health. Avoid going anywhere between 10 AM to 4 PM. Use light-colored dresses which give you a comfortable feeling, Long pants, and long sleeves will also protect your body from sun tann use full shirts that also cover your next area.

Use sunglasses and hat
During outdoor places sunglasses and a hat must be important to take together that will protect you from sun rays. Ultraviolet rays are not good for our skin so whenever we go outside areas during the day time we must need extra care of our skin and body then we can protect ourselves from any kind of skin problems like tanning. Having good quality sunglasses can protect the eye area skin.

Use sunscreen
Sunscreen will help you to avoid sun exposure during outdoor excessive activities that will keep your face safe from tanning. Use good quality sunscreen that has an SPF of 30 or more than higher. Before going outdoors use sunscreen before going to 30 minutes during that time the product will make a protective layer on your skin area than you go.

Protect skin also in cold weather
Besides taking care during the summer season we also need to take some extra care during winter. Cold weather is also caused to break your skin so you need to use sunscreen even in the cold weather.
