Herewith I request the United States of America, represented by the House of Representatives, the Senate, the Federal Government and the President, to recognize payables and receivables, resulting from the failure to fulfill their duties, and to settle a debt equal to:
the entire wealth stolen from Russia since 1989 and accumulated in the United States of America, particularly,
the Maison de L'Amitie, 515 N County Rd, Palm Beach, Florida 33480;
the entire german and swiss wealth deposited in the United States of America, particularly,
1.236 tons of gold deposited at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York;
the building in the Max Planck Way No. 1, Jupiter, Florida 33458;
the buildings in 4645 Reservoir Rd NW, Washington, DC 20007 (German Embassy) as well as in 2900 Cathedral Avenue N.W., Washington, DC 20008-3499 (Embassy of Switzerland and Residence of the Swiss Ambassador);
in order to compensate the losses and to indemnify the victims of organized crime and despotism, as refered below.
