Oyster Mushroom
Oyster Mushroom are food Mushroom of the Basidiomycota group and belong to the class Homobasidiomycetes with common features of white to beige bodies and the hood is semicircular like an oyster shell with a slightly concave middle. Oyster Mushroom have stalks that grow sideways and shape like oyster, so that mushroom have the binominal name Pleurotus Ostreatus. when the hood part of the fungus color change from black, gray, brown, to white, with an almost slippery surface, a diameter of 5-20 cm that is covered in a slightly notched smooth hood. in addition, Oyster Mushroom also have stem-shaped spores measuring 8-11x3-4cm as well as white mycelia that can grow quickly. in the wild, almost can be found all year round in the mountain forests of cool areas. The target is seen piled on the surface of the trunk that has been crushed because Oyster Mushroom are one type of wood fungus.
