What's the story behind the first image?

It's a graphic for the project, it means not to withdraw from the project to up the rate.

I honestly don't understand the stuff after the comma... but the part before does answer the question mostly.

The contract rewards loyalty which means if you withdraw your rate goes back to 1%. However, if you stack dividends or reinvest the rate will increase from 1 to 2% with time.
