First post, but as a short introduction I've been painting on and off for a number of years and recently got back into it. Once upon a time I used to paint (and play) games workshop titles. These days I have moved into Privateer Press. These are some pictures of the models in the Cryx army I recently started on. Well, here's the first of what I've finished up. Forgive the lighting.
Halfway through. Typically I paint the models in separate pieces. Makes it easier to get to certain areas.
Finished up. I ended up taking this to the GenCon convention and winning a silver placement for it. I was happy with the results.

Beautiful raiders. Cryx was my first Warmachine army. My first miniatures were citytech, how I miss Ral-Partha minis lol.
I used to paint ral-partha back in the day as well! The old TSR d&d line they did had some great models. I'm enjoying the Cryx too and I picked up some of the gators too. I really like some of the minion models. PP has some truly great sculpts.
You and I are gonna get along fine I think lol. I currently have Cryx, Cyriss, and just started Gators, but am waiting on getting an airbrush to paint them.
