I think it is best to look at the communities and decide where do you want to post more often. Palnet does not have any guidelines as to what fits in there "collection", but if your post has anything to do with investment then you can use both steemleo and palnet. I think both are amazing platforms and are diversifying steem.
I was thinking about the price of the tokens but there are no reliable numbers to look at, and as always I think it is best to keep community in mind than the price of the token
