I have received my $205 USD ($284 AUD) monitor which I bought over ebay, the Dahua 32 inch. The crazy thing is straight after I received it, I saw another shop who was selling it for $50 AUD cheaper. I was very mad as I didn't think that this monitor could be any cheaper but yes it ended up being even cheaper. Is it because it's not a famous brand for monitors like Samsung? Not sure. However as you will find out from watching my videos about it, it is definitely worth buying.
I guess in terms of extra features this monitor doesn't have many flashy features. However it hits the mark on the important ones, being 32 inch, 4K, 60HZ, 5ms response time and it even has freesync, which should get rid of screen tearing in games.
I noticed the monitor stand also allows you to tilt the monitor at an angle. This is useful if you are sitting above or below the height of the monitor, you can adjust it to face you at the perfect angle you want. However the stand is not height adjustable, so you'll only have about 8cm above the surface at the bottom of the screen. You can always put some books underneath the stand to lift it up though, as I have done later.
The input ports are 2x HDMI, 1x display port and 1x USB. I'm not sure what the USB is for but you can probably charge something with it. Other than that since I'll be using it for my Xbox, I'll be using the HDMI port. The HDMI port is only 2.0, but that is plenty for 4K 60HZ. It's only for 120HZ will you need a 2.1 HDMI port.

I'm not really good at computers and things associated with them but maybe the USB port can be used if you want to watch a movie that is downloaded and saved on your USB. Enjoy your new monitor!
true good idea!
