This is premonitory of where this line of investigation leads. There is a global cabal(s) undertaking to direct institutions of every kind, from the Church to the Mafia, and extranational corporations and government across all jurisdictions in between, in order to achieve the new world order.
This illustrates the apparent competition between particulars is but contesting control of the underlying criminal undertaking. Trump and HRC compete bitterly for that control, the headship of their relevant level of participation in that global cabal(s), but that is an internal competition that does not compromise their mutual alliance in the essential goals of the globalists. Gang members battling for control of a gang do not destroy the gang itself to gain control of it. Doing so renders the gang of no value to them, and their contest for control of it becomes self destructive of their ends if they don't completely support the gang's profitable ventures while they contest for control of it.
It is apparent that the contest for control undertaken by the players is the fundamental basis for the division of civilians into opponents supporting either side as a means of preventing those civilians from instead tackling the gang itself. Supporting either supports all the gang members, while actually merely providing power to the competitors for it's control.
Jeff Epstein was not THE blackmailer of the political establishment, he was ONE of the blackmailers, and while the blackmailers compete, they all mutually protect their business model. This is the essence of the relationship between Trump, Jinping, HRC, Netanyahu, and etc. The intelligence agencies are the same way. They all work towards a coordinated goal as parts of an uberorganization, and accordingly ops can involve some or all of them, from the ISI, Mossad, and GRU, to the CIA, MI6, and ISIS, yet they also carve out their own fiefdoms and compete with one another for particular resources.
On the world stage, there are no independent actors. The plays the thing, yet they all vie for the lead role as long as the show goes on. We must see the show as the whole it is, and not be distracted by the players, in order to shut down the shit show.
