With the post updates from @ijmmaiwitness (1,2,3,4) , I came to know about the HF4 and here is my personal opinion regarding this hardfork.
Looking at this we can say, the daily claimable rewards will be increased upto some extent depending upon the amount of WLS you have staked. It will be probably good to the ones who doesn't have time to spend daily and who just prefer to have some return on their investment as once someone stake WLS, they will be getting some amount of daily claimable rewards with no difficulty at all, provided that they should have time or energy to claim the rewards which does not take a minute.

Content Reward Pool has been removed and we will be no longer having the daily mana system after HF4. Whom will it effect ?
At present, we can see people dumping their posts or comments to earn the rewards. As a human nature, everyone has certain amount of greed but if there is no gain from doing that eventually it will be stopped. As there is no meaning to share tip balance between two users. With this, the unwanted posts will start disappearing. People will post only when they want to post not because of the compulsion to use their mana to fill themselves or their circles. It may work in the favor of whaleshares.
With this, whaleshares may start getting good posts in the platform which makes it attracted for the new users. If everyone starts posting in a good fashion then it will be better for us to read as well as interact in this platform. If something makes us appealing, we can always reward them by giving some tip. Yes, in the first we are not used to this but as time passes we will be used to this as we are getting daily claimable rewards too and we can utilize some percentage of it.
Before HF4, the daily unclaimed rewards used to go to Content Reward Pool. But, now it moves to the Dev Fund.
How would it have been if it was distributed evenly to all the members of whaleshares on the next day or maybe at some ratio between devs and users ?
This is the only thing where i have some dissatisfaction towards this HF. It's the decision of the team and they are moving forward to their whalegoals as the platform was intended to be.
As a user, we should support the whaleshares team to achieve their steps. If we do not like the platform, we always have a option to leave the platform later. But, running is not the solution.
This is a time where we should be united to construct the social sharing friends network. Whether you agree or not, this is only possible when the userbase of whaleshares is extended. So, the team should also start promoting the platform with the aim to invite new members. When they join, we can support them in the beginning depending upon the kind of quality and interaction which they do in whaleshares.
In brief, I am positive towards HF4. But, the implementation phase is difficult which will be possible only if every one of us equally contribute towards the platform.
