Kadhai paneer
Kadhai Paneer is very popular in Indian food. Paneer is cooked by adding capsicum and many aromatic spices to Tangi gravy. It is very tasty in food, which you can eat with naan or Missi roti. You can also add Kadahi Paneer to the party menu at home.
Paneer Ingredients
500 grams of paneer, fried
3-4 pieces green chillies, cut into pieces
1 tsp spoon ginger paste
1/2 tsp Yogurt
1/4 cup of oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 pieces teardrop
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 table spoon salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder, big
1 table spoon coriander leaves, grater
Kadhai paneer making
- Heat the oil and add cumin and teaspoon in it.
- When cumin seeds begin to crack, add ginger paste and fry until light brown.
- Now add curd, turmeric, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry until oil separates.
- Now add paneer and green chillies and fry them on high flame, until the paneer mixes well with the spices.
- Arrange the curry paneer with green coriander and serve it.
