New research says that strict parents especially mother have better children. Do you think your parents were too strict when you were a child? If yes, they surely loved you so much, probably made you focus on your future everyday as well as clean your room regularly and never skip homework.

No matter how difficult you think your childhood was, one day you will probably thank your parents for it. The children that were more confident and secure had strict parents with high expectations. These children were more likely to finish college and get a good job, no matter how unrealistic it may sounds.

Kids with strict parents consider them an enemy, however later in life they realize it was for their own good. Sooner or later, you(child) will realize that your parents raised you right and that they prepared you well for what comes in life.

Erica Rascon, a professor from University of Essex has conducted a study which showed that strict parents have successful children.

It's very true, but depending on how strict they are. Parents still need to give their kids freedom, or else they may not be successful at all. My parents were pretty strict when I grew up. They didn't give me any money to buy the stuff I wanted, like food or other stuff. I had to earn it myself even tho I was like, 12. I had pretty strict computer times and I couldn't be out late at night. Today I can tell them that I'm very happy with the way they've raised me.
