Many years ago I spoke with a couple who lost their child after he was strangled to death accidentally in the cords that are used in window blinds .
Their story was horrifying and according to information that has been well known in the industry but withheld from the public consumers since the 1940s.
There is not much more I can say except that where kids are concerned there are No blinds that are safe...

Finally just two years ago they started a ban on these killers, however that does not stop second hand stores and and just old homes with old blinds so all we can do is tell folks and let them know..
