It's a beautiful, beautiful fish. I can't think of another so stunning. And... They say it tastes like heaven.
The thing is - it shouldn't be there. It's an invasive species. And it devours just about every other fish it can fit into its mouth!

Have you dived and noticed all the other fish missing?
I went to the Caribbean coast of Mexico last year and kind of regret not seeking it out to try for myself.
WARNING - If you ever do consider hunting it, be very careful with those spines. They contain a lethal venom. Supposedly, skilled divers clip them during their safety stops (performed to minimise the chance of decompression sickness) as they slowly make their ascent.
