    They're calling it the holy grail of ship wrecks and now the customary legal battles ensue as to who - if anyone - has the right to plunder it.

    Will the treasure be left where it is?
    Should it be?

    A Spanish galleon in the territorial waters of a former colony - just who should have the rights to it?

    I think I'd have to go with Colombia but it will be down to the courts to decide now.
