Late last year, it was reported that American embassy staff in Havana were thought to be victims of some mysterious newly developed sonic weapon that resulted in America warning its citizens not to visit Cuba. Now, a similar incident appears to have been reported in China.
Are Americans being targeted and if so, why?
I have to say I'm a little dubious as to the veracity of the claims. There could be something in it but it wouldn't surprise me too much if it were merely US governmental propaganda - at the height of McCarthyism they did once try to convince the world they'd captured ET, after all. Which I think is generally accepted to be a load of nonsense, now.
