Today we are cooking very tasty meatballs with rice in sour cream.
In Russian, this dish is called "Ёжики" (Hedgehogs) because it look like this prickly animal )).

Cooking time: 35 min.
Number of servings: 3-4
Ingredients:
- Minched beef, 400 gr.
- Rice, 30 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Sour cream 20%, 180 gr.
- Garlic, 2-3 cloves
- Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
Wash the rice, fill it with water for 2 centimeters, bring it to a boil, cook for 10-12 minutes, throw it in a colander or sieve and wash it with cold water.
Cut the garlic and onion finely.
Fry the onion and garlic in a small amount of vegetable oil for a minute on high heat.
Mix the minced meat, rice, onion and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Make the meatballs and put in a baking dish. We got 15 pieces.
Pour meatballs with sour cream, salt, pepper to taste, bake in the oven for 25 minutes, and serve with herbs.
