I would definitely choose a 99% chance at a million as with that I could make 100 million in no time with appropriate investments, I’d probably dump 50% straight into Steem particularly in helping the mobile adoption of DTube.
I always take the higher probability vs the higher reward, call me a safe gambler 😉
