Much the same myself, the obsession is not with the number itself but the challenge towards achievement of the goal which is hard to set without some defined characteristics.
So with your weight loss I’m certain as you seen it shed you would have taken notice and with the mind set of getting it done looked forward for what achievement would be next.
My idea here with this post is turning that procrastination of “not yet” into a motivation. The things we find as demotivating with the embrace of it being a challenge we can find the motivation to achieve. For me I always view the statement as a longing for achievement no matter the subject to which I try provide even to myself the positive reinforcement to get it done. It’s all about the phrasing of the question which has received the “not yet” answer.

lol - Thank you for checking my rep! When I succeeded in losing weight it was because I stopped counting calories and boosted nutrition instead. And I did not know what weight I was going for until I got to it. I just wanted to look "normal" and one day I did.
I also swim without counting laps and that makes some people crazy. If you cannot tell them how many laps you swam somehow they think it did not count. It makes me crazy to count laps. I'm in the pool daydreaming, or focusing on my form, not counting.
For the contest I just pick the last prompt I did and open ten posts. I always find something quick - or many things quick. I am always on the hunt for more sbi shares, but I do not know how many I have now :)
