Ulog Diary #59: A Jollibee Story

An overview of Jollibee...

For those who are not familiar with Jollibee, it is one of the famous, if not the famous, fastfood chains in our country. This one, being locally owned is usually compared with McDonalds, which is an international. Nonetheless, Filipinos and even foreign ones have kept on going to Jollibee for a burger, pasta or fried chicken.

Our story...

I haven't been much of a Jollibee-goer really and I was only able to visit when I was in my teenage years already. Despite the not-so-frequent visits though, it didn't stop me to fall in love with Jollibee's spicy fried chicken, burger steak and palabok :)

Now, everytime we are outside and on the road, our trips always get to be an exciting one because it seems like we are always on a quest. A quest to find a Jollibee store! There are a lot of branches anywhere yes and I think we are already starting to memorize their locations. All thanks to my daughter! Everytime she sees a Jollibee store, a Jollibee signage and even a paper bag bearing the Jollibee logo, she would jump with so much glee and excitement. Her excitement is very contagious that we too would squeal with delight. I don't know if it's from seeing her happy or from seeing Jollibee.lol

Who would have guessed that Jollibee would be playing this wonderful role in our lives? But then, who am I to complain when we get to be this happy?

Thank you for dropping by. ❤

All the best (always)
