We went to Tagaytay over the weekend and this Bulalo is just one of the few treats one should try. Well, apart from crispy tawilis and kare-kare.
Tagaytay is colder especially on the afternoons and at night since it is situated in a hilly part of the country. So well, sippy this flavourful stew is tempting. Look at that rich bone-marrow, it looks sumptuously inviting.
