Comfort.
I remember my father telling me years ago....
“When people get comfortable, change never happens....”
These words stuck with me for years and years. You see, my dad did the corporate thing...
He went to school. Got a good job. Played the position and starting climbing the ranks.
He was comfortable.
His career was looking great until the cut backs started. He lost his job and I remember him sitting down with me talking about how his ‘comfort’ cost him his job.
He used to tell me things like:
“You will never get ahead in life if you aren’t willing to embrace change and get out of your comfort zone...Daily!”
It’s amazing was parents can teach their kids.
After his corporate set back he started his own consulting practice and ended up working on his own terms for the rest of his working life.
He got really uncomfortable!
And it was the best thing that happened to him...
I try to live by his example everyday.
If i’m getting too comfortable I ask myself what I can do to get....Uncomfortable.
I know success is found outside of that comfort zone...
I think that’s part of the attraction of being an entrepreneur.
My pops taught me well :)

Yes it is really correct point we have if person wants to be sucessful in life they have to come out from the comfort zone of life to achieve something good.

When we are in our comfort zone, things doesn't tend to motivate us to move on and up like that.
yup. and for me at least. when i’m uncomfortable i tend to try more things. never know what may work.
