That is one interesting robot looking clown. What is it suppose to represent?
It looks wet and dark there. Is it usually like that during winter? No sun at all?

    I have no idea what the clown represents. It looks like me it plus the castle we're part of some celebration. Both are on a square in front of the train station. If I can find more info about it I let you know.

    @marblely Yes it usually looks that depressing during Autumn and a part of the winter. Fog makes it worse.
