Fell Off the Steemit wagon, not Steem

It has been an interesting year so far, series of events that reduced my activity on here but I am back.

Changes

I recently changed my zip code, some of you who have experienced it would relate it is not the easiest especially when your process is time-boxed and there is a bit of pressure to deal with.

How is everyone doing?

Hope you guys are motivated with the jump in Steem's price.

With all the new developments and roll out of dapps, where do you see Steem and its price say 12 months?
