Here are the rules:
- All the digits of your Point balance need to be identical. For example: 11, 222, 3333.
- For Point balance under 100, you can win 100x your Point balance. For example, if you Point balance is 99, you can win 9900 Points for free.
- For Point balance under 1000, you can win 10x your Point balance.
- For Point balance under 10000, you can win 1x your Point balance.
- For Point balance under 100000, you can win 1/10 your Point balance.
- For Point balance under 1000000, you can win 1/100 your Point balance.
- If your Point balance digit is 3, you will get double the Point reward!
- Each Point balance can only get rewarded once. If someone posted a screenshot of balance of 99 Points, you can't win if you post 99 Points for the second time.

But the short list would be, using a carrier to intimidate, hate speech, slander and libel.

There is the information you desired.
Libel is printing a false accusation of a crime, as in stating on an immutable blockchain that someone made threats and encouraged self harm when it is clear that no threats or recommendations to self harm were made on that thread.
Insults are awful, but they are not threats and they are not libel.
Also, I hope you will seriously consider the meaning of those words as well as the phrase "hate speech" before using them in an appeal to authority to shut people down. "Hate speech" has become nothing more than a euphemism for "wrongthink" and a tool for the powerful to shut down aberrant thought. Each time you encourage censorship to stop yourself from feeling uncomfortable or to avoid dealing with unpleasant people yourself, you make it that much easier for these technologies to be misused.

I'm having problems with my partiko app - I broke my android phone so am using a different one now, I re installed the app but when I try to login using steemconnect it doesn't actually load,, the progress circle just keeps spinning...can you help me please?

I tried opening on my phone but page would not load, tried on my laptop and error message said partiko.io ip server address could not be found.

for about 2 seconds you can see the full url in the address bar but then it changes to just this and gets stuck there with the progress circle going round and round endlessly....
