Pause overhead press 37.5kg x 6, +2x2/ 30kg 3x5. Deadlift 67.5kg x 5, + 1,3 reps/ 50kg 3x6 stiff leg Deadlift Bodyweight rows 3x7 Push ups 2x9 Dumbell preacher curls 3x10 8kg
Compared to the previous work out session of the same exercises, I did more sets and trying to get used to more volume.
Cannot wait to go home and do some eating 😎.
