Early morning breakfast . Easy ,quick plus delicious.
Ingredients
Eggs- 2
Milk - 3/4cup
Vanilla essence few drops
Salt as needed
Sugar -2tsp
Bread
Butter
Procedure
Mix all the ingredients except bread and butter . Keep a pan to heat and put some butter . With a help of spoon apply one end of bread slice with the egg mix and put it on the pan . While the plain surface is facing upwards apply the egg mixture on the top plain surface of the bread then flip it on other end and cook it till you get beautiful golden color . Serve it with maple syrup or wiping cream and enjoy .
