`Should the State help veterans?

This is in regards to veterans of the military; to the fact that many after their service are over, especially when it comes to combat duty, are not being taken care of effectively by "their" state. Many people are upset by this which is very understandable... It's terrible to see suffering, and/or dying people. However, anyone that thinks that an organization that kills on mass for its benefit really cares about the parts of that organization that are no longer useful to its agendas has a misguided understanding of psychopathy. Indeed, if you are part of an organization that unilaterally attacks others, do not be surprised if it doesn't help you in your time of need. It would be out of character if "it" did. So it's not a matter if the "State" should help, it's a matter of whether or not it would want to or even can. Indeed, should a psychopathic serial killer help or even reconcile with their victims? I suppose the answer to that is a disconcerting yes. Does the psychopath sincerely want to help their victims...? Not if they are a true psychopath, and only if it's to manipulate other peoples perceptions.

the truth hurts

ya.... It's hard to argue against. Thanx for being my first comment on Steemit Miss Hawke.

dont baby anyone, we dont have time for each one to lie to themselves for decades and then wake up, when the damage is done because everyone else cheered them on... we need people told truth like this before they sign up. Sure a paragraph like this hurts to read especially for those who are freshly recruited or longer serving and jaded, but this paragraph you wrote wont cause 22 veteran suicides a day
