Look for a beautiful piece of material of your choice, of about 3ft x 3ft
Lay the material on a flat surface like a table
Fold the material into two equal parts
For a more accurate job you will need to draw out your design with a pen on a piece of paper then cut out the design
Then lay the paper design on top of the material and gently cut out with you scissors
Gently take off your paper then gently take the cut out material and sow it together with either a sowing machine or you can tread a needle and sow it with your hands
Lastly you sow your elastic band material measured with your neck at the back and you are done.
Adding of botten is a choice
