Something that might be interesting is adding a beneficiary if people write posts for PIFC. Would like some quality training type posts written and this would be a way to reward the author.

If you run from Steempeak, you can keep loads of templates - that's how I do my pifc posts every week.
I've debated trying them. Do they charge a percentage of your post rewards?
No charge - though if you want to add a beneficiary, there's a place to do that too.
