That's ridiculous. They really made things extremely hard for new users. :-/
Maybe to stop them from curation rewards? I don't know.. even @dipoabasch with almost 30 sp found it hard too
To say the truth, 30 SP is almost nothing. I only started getting curation rewards after 100 SP. And now that I have over 2500 SP, temporarily, I still cannot upvote everything I enjoy. I need to take a few breaks to restore my VP. :-P
I know that feels... it's my probs before I joined pifc, always run out of bandwidth at that time until they took away the bandwidth limitation .. that's how I grow by commenting like crazy till got some SP delegation and enjoy the HF20 until now. I found that @pehteem only can make 6 comments today and then 2 upvote then.. rc gone!
Pffff... That's boring. Let's hope the RC Delegation Tool arrives sooner rather than later.
I am following 227 steemians here and I believe you are the true and pure. Thank you again for your kindness @cicisaja. And one more thing too soon I will post my entry in pifc.
