Thanks @money-dreamer - you're like Steemit's Fairy Godmother or something! I prefer rewards based on input and activity rather than based on a meme or something so that we steer away from a casino-economy and reward real involvement and effort.

Here's one way to go about it using lastvote time with Steem Python. You could probably go deeper by checking last comment as well but think lastvote is a good determinant of an active user.

I see people getting huge rewards for very little effort was what I thought when I saw a meme upload challenge - small input and huge payments - So I'm suggesting that there is some sort of scale for quality content and echo chamber stuff.
@money-dreamer is spamming the steem network so hard that we cannot even show you how much transfer spam he has sent just for one of his posts. Too big for hastebin. And he has done this many times now. Do you want this guy destroying steem?

I think this is a great idea, particularly the further you go down the division of payouts the more likely you will see activity from newer, struggling users like me. @money-dreamer Not completely sure(I am always a skeptic) if your initiative is to help the community or profit from it but this is easily fix by shifting payments towards newer accounts(could require proper intro post, I have not done yet). Just my 2 cents, I'm in anyways! upvote/resteem

I want to form a mutually beneficial relationship with my followers so that we can all learn from each other, have fun and possibly make a profit too. I'm going to try to make bigger payouts to followers that interact with my posts more.
Having a lot of good followers is just as good as having more Steem Power (SP) and Reputation. User's here should focus not only on building up their SP and Reputation, but also building up their follower base.

I will filter out inactive accounts so I don't spend too much. The reasoning is the same as for why a Twitter user would want a lot of followers.
Thank you for your time. I was referring to the parameters you specifically mentioned like SP, Rep, Accnt bal, etc. Where do you set those limits and why. By activity are you talking about posting only or do comments also count as activity? The nature of some work requires days or weeks to produce and are also dependent on the schedules of others, so they may only post every couple of weeks. I totally agree with excluding folks that contribute nothing.
