Ghetto pc solutions: rubber band cooler

Only way to get this fan on the CPU cooler was to rubber band it. While the cooling block itself if mounted with screws from a toy motorcycle building kit, which it's bolts were too long so i had to actually drill holes in the pc case for it to fit.

I'm definitely in need of a new system lol
