I believe that you gave in the point, the solution of this situation happens mainly by the governments of each country; the rulers in their aggressive speeches pretend, and most of the time they succeed, to awaken a feeling of hatred towards other nations, manipulate our minds. And that same thing can happen in our schools, universities, different communities, etc. It is on our side to be able to identify those speeches full of hate and manipulation, reject them, and try to drive them towards the pact of non-aggression.
