Hi friends.. Hope all are safe in your home..

Yesterday I prepare Black-eyed peas Sundal for evening snacks..
It is very healthy and rich of fiber.. On taking daily 1/2 cup is very useful for health..

From one cup of cow peas we get

Calories: 194
Protein: 13 grams
Fat: 0.9 grams
Carbs: 35 grams
Fiber: 11 grams

So if possible try to take every week..
