Kids are kids everywhere. In some places they are more open, in some places they know to get in touch with you even without some connecting language like it was in these slams of Soroca village located in the northern part of Ethiopia in the middle on the road from Gondar to the border with Sudan and Eritrea.
As usual, l got a little bit lost when turned off the main road to the narrow alleys. My friends just stayed in some simple roadside place to sit in the shade and to drink a local beer with injera and vegetables. I wanted to see more and yes, got lost without any GPS connection. These kids wanted to impress me with their tricks of hands standing and i enjoyed to take a pictures of them, walked with them a little bit, showed them the pictures of them jumping and laughing and finally, I found my friends and the beers :- )
